Classic Game Room HD - BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE for Wii review

Posted by admin on September 3rd, 2009 and filed under kid games | 25 Comments »

Classic Game Room HD reviews BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE for Nintendo Wii video game console. Based on the popular Cartoon Network TV show, Ben 10 is a side scrolling beat ‘em up video game with a 3D style and multiple character changing gameplay elements. This CGRHD review of Ben 10 Alien Force has gameplay footage from Ben 10 Alien Force on Wii (also available on Nintendo DS), showing Spidermonkey at the Waterfall, how to use Big Chill and Jet Ray and Kevin and more. How does Ben 10 Alien Force compare to other side scroller beat em ups like Streets of Rage? Your character has an Omnitirix to change into monster or alien forms (whatever they are, I don’t watch the show). This is a fun game and sells at a value price, it may not be the best video game ever made but it keeps to a relatively faithful 2D side scrolling beatem up style while adding some new elements. Plays acceptably with the Wii controller and nunchuck. You can also disable the motion controls which is what I did. Ben 10 is rated E for everyone and is clearly a kids game, but older games looking for some new games on the Wii can find enjoyment with it as well. Classic Game Room HD reviews Wii games as a Wii reviewer reviewing games like Ben 10 Alien Force on Nintendo Wii published by D3.

Posted by admin on August 1st, 2009 and filed under brain games | 25 Comments »

Watch in High Definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews BOING! Docomodake DS for the Nintendo DS! Docomodake is the mascot for the Japanese mobile phone giant, NTT DOCOMO, Inc.! Who knew!? Actually it doesn’t feel like a product placement, it feels like a totally cool and refreshing puzzle game mixed with an old school 80’s side scrolling platformer. This CGRHD Nintendo DS review has gameplay footage from Docomodake DS for Nintendo DS, as we are a Nintendo DS reviewer with loads of Nintendo DS video game reviews reviewing games like Dokomodake DS for the Nintendo DS handheld video game system. Our little friend is a mushroom putting the “fun into fungi” and searching for his family across numerous levels that he must pass using strategy and planning. You play the game using the d-pad or buttons and the stylus. Docomodake can use Minis to solve puzzles and move around the screen to make events happen. Throw roly polys and climb mini-made ladders. It’s a fun game and should appeal to those looking for something like a brain game or puzzle video game, it also has some super Japanese style elements like up-beat Japanesey (word?) music and happy rainbows and bright colors. Docomodake is a bad mofo and this is one game worth checking out. Now go buy NTT Docomo stock or a cell phone plan. Classic Game Room HD is Docomoriffic!

Classic Game Room HD - MECHANIC MASTER for Nintendo DS

Posted by admin on July 16th, 2009 and filed under brain games | 25 Comments »

Watch in High Definition! Our 1st Nintendo DS review! Classic Game Room HD reviews MECHANIC MASTER for the Nintendo DS handheld video game system. Shoot, crush, ignite, explode, squash, incinerate and eliminate aliens in this puzzle strategy game. This Mechanic Master review features gameplay footage from Mechanic Master for the Nintendo DS. Midway publishes this excellent game where you must use a variety of objects on screen to start a series of events that culminate in aliens being killed or humans being saved. Kind of like a souped up domino toppling experiment, like the world’s longest chain of dominoes being knocked over and aliens being squashed as a result. Mechanic Master features more than 100 levels with increasing difficulty and is addictive, fun and challenging. Mechanic Master uses the touch screen, is a one player brain game and packs hours of fun. Classic Game Room HD reviews Nintendo DS games in glorious high definition. CGRHD is the ultimate Nintendo DS reviewer reviewing Nintendo DS games for the Nintendo DS like this Mechanic Master review. Watch this Nintendo DS game being played in High Def.
